SHIPPING

When placing you order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Please note that there is a development service per items per client and items will be specially made for the customer. This will take a couple of weeks to proceed. At the time that the order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.

A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for you delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of Europe and the United Kingdom there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will do everything to deliver the item as quickly as possible, yet we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.

RETURNS

When you place an order with us on nissue.com, you are welcome to return the item using our free return service. If you are based in Europe you also have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, provided you give us written notice.

Currently an item may not be exchanged; we may ask you to place a new order with us online. An item should be returned within 14 days of its delivery date, unused and with all garmet tags still attached and provided extra items (certificate of authenticity, dust bag, brushes, shoulder chain, interior wall of the bags). Our branded boxes are considered to be part of the product and must be returned with the item. This is also to ensure that the item arrives back to us as undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

Where provided, ribbons and any packaging such as instructions, authenticity cards, dust bags, brushes and leather tags should be included with your return.

RETURN YOUR ORDER

You may return you item to us using your own shipper if you wish. If you do, we recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our office. In case of dispute, we also recommend you to retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be lightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider.

LEATHERWEAR

Our leatherwear is all hand crafted by artisans and is covered with a one year manufacturing warranty, for problems that occur as a result of production. We cannot be responsible for general wear and tear and any transformations that occur due to the nature of the materials used.

FAULTY ITEMS

Items are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. In some cases an item deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered.

ORDERS

We currently do not ship outside Europe and the United Kingdom. Europe consists of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czeck Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania. Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland.

The terms cover the website and related services in Europe and the United Kingdom only. Delivery services are provided by a third party and shipped via DHL. The order will be processed after payment the item will be developed which takes a couple of weeks.
